Return Policy

Returns will be accepted by SPORTYDAYS within a period of 24 hours after you receive your order, and exchanges can be made within 2 days of receipt. Regrettably, if more than 24 hours have elapsed since you received your order, we are unable to provide a refund. Similarly, if more than 2 days have passed since receipt of your order, we cannot facilitate an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Knowing that the clearance products are not applicable for exchanging or cancelation.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (In case of Cash on Delivery) you have to provide us with the bank account details, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

 

Shipping

If you wish to initiate a product return, kindly make the request within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will coordinate the return process accordingly. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will proceed to issue a refund, deducting the applicable return fees.

In case you need to return the product during the shipping process, we will first need to confirm with the courier whether the return is possible. Upon their approval, any operational fees incurred during the shipping and return will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining balance will be reimbursed to you. However, if the courier does not approve the return, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel your order.
